Federico Balestrieri, born in 1989, has forged a notable career enriched by studies in International Relations and experiences across Italy, Europe, and the USA. After graduating in 2013 and dedicating a year to spirituality and volunteering, he began his professional journey in 2015 with Fabbrica d'Armi Beretta, setting the stage for a distinguished career path. Specializing in Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy at SDA Bocconi in 2016, he made his mark at Volkswagen Leasing GmbH focusing on Customer Experience and e-commerce. Later, he became the PM responsible for Auto Services in a startup acquired by Stellantis, before joining Bianchi Industrial in 2023, contributing expertise in Digital Marketing and communication strategies. 

Following the decline in health and subsequent passing of his father Genesio in 2022, he took over the management of the family's real estate interests, leading significant transactions, managing a successful property portfolio, and overseeing a major renovation project worth 1.5 million euros, demonstrating substantial skills in accounting, legal management, and team coordination.
